What times are you open for business? The First Stop office is open from 08.00-17.00. Our website is accessible 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
When will I receive my order? Once your order is placed, either online or over the phone, we will send you an email confirmation. All available stock will be delivered within three to four working days. However, most deliveries will be next day if posssible.
Am I able to collect in person? Yes please contact the office to place your order stating you would like to collect. Stock availability will then be confirmed and a collection can be arranged.
What is your returns policy? If an item is delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please let us know immediately. If the product is incorrect a request for a return should be made within 7 days. If goods are, returned to us, unused and in their original packaging we will gladly credit them. Please note our restocking fee is 15%. Unfortunately we are unable to do this with bespoke products, unless they are faulty. If the goods are faulty please contact the office to make arrangements for replacement.
What if I can't find what I'm looking for? Although we have a wide selection of products on our site, we do stock and source many other products. If you can't find what you are looking for, please contact us.
Can I get a sample of your products? Yes of course. To request a sample please call the FS team on 01202 827666 or email sales@firststopsupplies.co.uk
Can a member of the team visit? The FS team cover Hampshire, Dorset and beyond. Please contact the office to arrange an appointment to discuss your requirements. We look forward to hearing from you.
Can I open a credit account? Yes. After your first order you can apply to open a credit account with us. Please contact the office for an account application form.
Can I get custom print packaging? We offer bespoke printed options for napkins, bags, cups and packaging. Contact us with you requirements or questions. Please note there is a minimum print run for custom products.
How can I get rid of scuff marks? Try using a magic erase all sponge, they are great for quickly removing stubborn marks from most surfaces without the need for chemicals. Ideal for removing stains and marks from tiles, tea-stained crockery, paintwork, floor and kitchen surfaces - just wet and wipe.
How can I clean my safety floor? To clean safety flooring in places such as schools and nursing homes we would recommend using EMC from Evans Vanodine. This all purpose cleaner and degreaser is perfect for removing marks left by shoes, trainers and equipment.
What stainless steel cleaner would you recommend? Evans Clear Window, Glass and Stainless Steel Cleaner is great for streak free cleaning on stainless steel, glass and windows. Effective on finger marks in lifts & surrounds also suitable for a variety of other surfaces, including chrome, plastic, computer keyboards, glass screens & surrounds.
How can I get rid of lipstick marks on my glass? We would recommend using Quash for pre wash removal of lipstick and grease marks on all types of glassware. It’s safe, non-hazardous, simple and hygienic to use.
How do I clean glue off of PVC skirting? We would recommend using the hard surface cleaner Versatile from Evans Vanodine

Do you provide product training? Yes, we offer FREE product training to customers along with a 12 point plan for safe working practice. The health & safety of your staff is paramount and therefore it is essential to ensure that employees are properly trained in how to use cleaning products safely and effectively.
