Refunds and Returns
If an item is delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please let us know immediately. If you wish to return an item, please contact the office and we will issue a returns note.
If the product is incorrect we will be happy to refund in full or exchange, providing it is in full re-saleable condition. The request for a return should be made within 7 days and the product should be in the original undamaged packaging. Unfortunately we cannot refund bespoke printed products.
