Refunds and Returns

If an item is delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please let us know immediately.

If the product is incorrect a request for a return should be made within 7 days. If goods are, returned to us, unused and in their original packaging we will gladly credit them.

Please note our restocking fee is 15%. Unfortunately we are unable to do this with bespoke printed products, unless they are faulty.

If the goods are faulty please contact the office to make arrangements for replacement.
